  2. Make sure you get a receipt that it was received.

BUYERS / RENTERS — TO-DO LIST

  1. The Application for Buyers/Renters is the same.
  2. Complete the Application by clicking the button below.
  3. The fee is $25.00 per application. DO NOT pay the fees listed on the application itself. 
  4. Make sure you upload the information requested in the application.
  5. You will complete a 20 - 35 minute Orientation and Interview with the manager via phone when he contacts you to set that up.
  6. Applications ARE NOT complete until the interview & orientation is done.
  7. EACH PERSON WHO WILL BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF CLOSING AND IS NOT A DEPENDENT ADULT AS DEFINED UNDER THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT MUST COMPLETE A SEPARATE APPLICATION. NO EXCEPTIONS.

APPLICATION

PROCESSING TIME

Is typically less than ten days, however the Association has thirty (30) calendar days from the date of a COMPLETED application by law.


ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY MEMBERS ARE ENTITLED TO A RESPONSE WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS PURSUANT TO FLORIDA STATUTES. IF YOU ARE ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY, PLEASE NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY TO HAVE YOUR APPLICATION EXPEDITED. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!

REASONS FOR DENIAL

denial criteria

  1. Perjury on an Application; and/or
  2. Failure to complete an Application; and/or 
  3. Omission of material facts; and/or 
  4. Forgery of an Application; and/or
  5. Incomplete Application; and/or
  6. Failure to pay Application Fee(s); and/or
  7. Failure to complete the Interview/Orientation.
  8. Disclosure indicating the Documents of the Association would be violated; and/or
  9. Any Federal FAIR Housing Rationale (e.g. Housing Debt Ratio, et. al.)


There is NO minimum credit score requirement at this time.


If you do not receive a Denial Letter ten (10) days following the date of your interview / orientation, your Application is deemed to be approved.
